Privacy notice

This notice explains how Canus Delivery Services LLC handles information submitted through this website or shared during a rider or business enquiry.

Information we collect

For an initial rider enquiry, we may receive your name, contact details, nationality, current location, visa status, driving-licence status, delivery experience, platform experience, availability and any message you choose to provide. The initial form does not request a passport, Emirates ID or identity-document upload.

How the initial form works

Submitting the rider form opens a prepared WhatsApp message for you to review and send. The website itself does not store the form submission. WhatsApp and its provider process messages under their own privacy terms.

Shortlisted-candidate documents

If you are shortlisted after speaking with Canus, the team may request documents needed to assess eligibility and complete employment onboarding. Those documents are requested privately and are not collected through the public initial form.

Why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess rider eligibility, arrange interviews and onboarding, manage business relationships, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.

Sharing and access

Information is limited to authorised Canus personnel and service providers who need it for the relevant purpose. Canus does not sell applicant information.

Retention and requests

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for recruitment, operations, legal obligations or dispute handling. You may contact Canus to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Security

Canus applies reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. No internet or messaging service can guarantee absolute security, so do not send identity documents until a Canus representative has confirmed the private document process.
